I have over 30 years of experience in the health and wellness field. I began my career as a certified personal trainer and had the honor of training University of Arizona and Olympic athletes. My bachelor’s degree is in human biology with an emphasis on exercise, and my doctorate is in chiropractic. With a client-first approach and evidence-based methods, I deliver personalized wellness strategies that evolve with your goals.
